Es (Counsellor & Psychotherapist) and Jasmine (Mentor) have over 40 years’ experience of working with children and young people with diverse needs and abilities, in different settings in South London.  During these years between them they have collated a plethora of knowledge on how to communicate and engage positively and effectively with children and young people.   They have witnessed multiple barriers to learning: 

• Lack of understanding of individual values
• Confidence, self-esteem and self-belief low
• Lack of support through listening and guidance
